Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Prepvana (the "Service"), operated by Saftara, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Prepvana turns your résumé and a job posting into a tailored interview‑preparation workspace — likely questions, draft answers, company research, and practice tools. It is a preparation aid only.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Prepvana is currently offered to users in the United States and Canada.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; attempt to access other users' data; scrape, resell, or reverse‑engineer the Service; upload unlawful content; or use it to violate any third party's rights or any employer's interview policies.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the résumé and job details you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to generate and deliver your prep and operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for not uploading confidential information you're not permitted to share.
5. AI‑generated output — no guarantees
Prep content is generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. It is not professional, legal, or career advice, and we do not guarantee interview outcomes. Review and verify everything before relying on it.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pro monthly/annual, Job Seeker Pass) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saftara, LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Saftara, LLC is organized. Questions: support@prepvana.com.
